Jon S. Corzine Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jon S. Corzine is chairman and chief executive officer of MF Global Holdings Ltd. Mr. Corzine, who joined the firm in March 2010, brings over three decades of leadership and expertise to MF Global. He most recently served as governor of the State of New Jersey from 2006 to 2010, and, in the United States Senate from 2001 to 2006. Prior to entering public service, Mr. Corzine was chairman and senior partner at Goldman Sachs, where he spent more than 20 years. Mr. Corzine joined Goldman Sachs in 1975 as a fixed income trader. He went on to serve as chief financial officer and as chairman and senior partner from 1994 through 1999. Mr. Corzine initiated a landmark Community Teamwork Project under which every department at Goldman sponsored public service projects. He also used proceeds from the firm's initial public offering to establish a philanthropic foundation. In recognition of his expertise and reputation, President Bill Clinton named Mr. Corzine as chairman of a presidential study of federal capital budgeting to increase investment in schools, infrastructure and technology. Shortly after leaving Goldman Sachs, Mr. Corzine was elected to represent New Jersey in the United State Senate. Mr. Corzine served on the Senate Banking, Budget, Energy and Natural Resources, Environment, Foreign Relations and Intelligence committees. His early accomplishments included shaping and co-sponsoring the Sarbanes-Oxley Act; securing federal funding for the upgrade of New Jersey's transportation infrastructure; implementing new safeguards to prevent terrorist attacks on chemical facilities; and government assistance for 9/11 families. Mr. Corzine also championed initiatives to expand health care for children, to outlaw racial profiling, and to recognize and combat the genocide in Darfur. He was one of only 23 Senators to vote against authorizing the Iraq War. In January of 2006, Mr. Corzine became New Jersey's 54th governor. To make government live within its means, he initiated pay-as-you-go accounting. He eliminated budget earmarks and secured passage of a constitutional amendment to require voter consent on future debt issuances by the state. He cut the state budget by more than $4.5 billion and decreased the public workforce by more than 8,000 positions. Even as he made state government leaner, Mr. Corzine expanded funding for education and access to health care. In 2007, New Jersey became the first state in more than 40 years to abolish the death penalty, even as the violent crime rate fell during Mr. Corzine's tenure. Mr. Corzine also worked with President Obama in shaping the federal economic recovery package. In addition to his duties at MF Global, Mr. Corzine is currently an operating partner at J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC. He is also a lecturer at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, where he formerly held the title of John L. Weinberg/Goldman Sachs & Co Visiting Professor for the 2010-2011 academic year. |

David P. Bolger - Financial Expert
David Bolger is an independent member of MF Global’s board of directors. Mr. Bolger was chief operating officer of Chicago 2016, a not-for-profit entity that sought to bring the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games to Chicago. From 2003 to 2008, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Aon Corporation, the world's largest insurance and reinsurance intermediary with operations in 140 countries. At Aon, Mr. Bolger led the company's efforts in cost rationalization, improved operational discipline, and greater transparency in financial reporting. Prior to joining Aon, Mr. Bolger served in various capacities with Bank One Corporation and its predecessors, including as president of American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago and treasurer of First Chicago Corporation. Mr. Bolger serves on the boards of the Chicago History Museum, Lincoln Park Zoo, Merit School of Music, World Sport Chicago and MB Financial Inc., all of which are based in Chicago. |

Eileen S. Fusco
Financial Expert Eileen Fusco is an attorney and CPA with twenty five plus years of experience in financial services, both as an executive in private industry and as a professional services advisor. She was most recently a senior partner of Financial Services for Deloitte & Touche and she is a financial expert for the SEC and related Sarbanes-Oxley purposes. Ms. Fusco’s clients at Deloitte included a number of the firm's largest global financial services institutions. Prior to this, Ms. Fusco held positions as regional tax counsel for the Americas at UBS AG, chief financial officer of Twenty-First Securities Corporation, a boutique firm specializing in structured transactions, and Managing Director of Global Tax at Kidder Peabody and Co. Ms. Fusco serves on the board of directors for the Greater New York City affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, is a legacy leader with Girl Scouts of the USA and is active in a New York City public school mentoring program called Virtual Enterprises. |

David Gelber
Financial Expert David Gelber is an independent member of MF Global’s board of directors and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Gelber was director and chief operating officer of ICAP plc, the world’s largest inter-dealer money broker, from 1994 until retirement in 2005. Prior to ICAP, he held a variety of senior trading positions in the foreign exchange and derivatives businesses at Citibank NA, Chemical Bank and HSBC, where he also served as the chief operating officer of HSBC Global Markets from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Gelber served on the board of directors at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. from 1988 to 1994. Currently, he is a non-executive director of IPGL Ltd., and serves as a non-executive director with a number of IPGL’s investee companies. He also holds non-executive directorships with eSecLending, GlobeOp Financial Services SA and Altus Resource Capital plc. He is Chairman of Walker Crips Group plc. |

Martin J.G. Glynn
Financial Expert Martin Glynn is an independent member MF Global’s board of directors. Mr. Glynn was chief executive officer of HSBC Bank USA from 2003 to 2006 and chairman of HSBC Bank Canada from 2004 to 2006. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Glynn served as chief executive officer of HSBC Bank Canada in Vancouver, and he was group general manager of HSBC Holdings plc from 2001-2006. Mr. Glynn served on a number of private and public boards including Husky Energy Inc. and Hathor Exploration Limited. He also has extensive non-profit board experience. |

Edward L. Goldberg
Mr. Goldberg is a member of our board of directors. Mr. Goldberg is the Managing Member and founder of Longview Investments, LLC, a family-office based investment company. Mr. Goldberg retired from Merrill Lynch after over 40 years of dedicated service to the firm. Prior to retiring, from 2000 to 2002, he was a member of the Executive Management Committee, Executive Vice-President of the Operations Services Group and Chairman of the Professional Securities Services Group. Mr. Goldberg has also served on numerous boards. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Goldberg was a Vice-Chair and Director of the Depository Trust Company, where he also served as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Goldberg was also a board member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, where he was on the Management Development, Compensation and Disciplinary Committees. From 1991 to 2002, Mr. Goldberg served as an advisory director for Bloomberg, L.P., a member of the board of directors of NASDAQ, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Finance Committee, and as a member of the New York Stock Exchange’s Financial and Operational Surveillance Committee. |

Financial Expert David Schamis is a managing director at J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC, a private equity firm which invests in financial services companies. Mr. Schamis has been employed by J.C. Flowers & Co. and its affiliates since May 2000. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Schamis was in the financial institutions investment banking group at Salomon Smith Barney from 1995 to 2000. Bradley I. Abelow Brad Abelow is president and chief operating officer of MF Global Holdings Ltd. He joined the company in September of 2010. Mr. Abelow oversees the day to day execution of MF Global’s strategy and has direct responsibility overseeing risk, operations, client services, human resources, information technology, procurement and real estate activities for all MF Global entities in a dozen countries around the world. He serves as a member of the firm’s senior management team and the Office of the CEO, reporting to Jon S. Corzine, MF Global’s chairman and chief executive officer. Prior to joining MF Global, Mr. Abelow was a founding partner of NewWorld Capital Group, a private equity firm investing in businesses active in environmental opportunities, such as alternative energy, energy efficiency, waste and water treatment, and environmental services. Before co-founding NewWorld, he was chief of staff to Mr. Corzine during his tenure as governor of the state of New Jersey. Prior to that, Mr. Abelow served as treasurer of the state of New Jersey. Mr. Abelow also previously was a partner and managing director of The Goldman Sachs Group, where he managed the firm’s operations division, which was responsible for the global processing and corporate services functions of the firm. Earlier, he was responsible for Goldman Sachs’ operations, technology, risk and finance functions in Asia, based in Hong Kong. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1989 in the investment banking division’s corporate finance department. Managing Director Mike Blomfield is managing director of Asia Pacific for MF Global Holdings Ltd. In this role, Mr. Blomfield is responsible for developing and leading the firm’s Asian growth strategy as well as overall responsibility for business activities in the region. He joined MF Global in November 2010. Mr. Blomfield has nearly two decades of experience in financial services including banking, equities and derivatives-related activities. He was formerly head of Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s (CBA) CommSec (Australia’s largest retail brokerage), head of CBA’s Equities Division and most recently the chief executive officer of Dendiri Advisory Pty Ltd., a consulting practice providing buy-side mergers and acquisitions and strategy advice to financial services businesses primarily in China and Indonesia. He is a former director of the Australian Securities and Derivatives Industry Association (now named the Australian Stockbrokers’ Association). In the Asia Pacific region, MF Global serves both institutional and retail clients across multiple asset classes. MF Global’s principal Asia Pacific offices are located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, Mumbai and Taipei. |

Thomas F. Connolly Global Head of Human Resources Thomas F. Connolly is global head of human resources for MF Global Holdings Ltd. He joined MF Global in January 2009. Before joining MF Global, Mr. Connolly was senior vice president of human resources operations at Lehman Brothers from 2007 until 2009. Prior to that, he served as vice president of compensation and international benefits at The Hartford Financial Services Group. From 1998 to 2003, he was a managing director of human resources at UBS AG. Earlier in his career, he held a number of human resources management positions at Aetna, Shawmut National Corp., Citibank and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Connolly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Connecticut and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Laurie R. Ferber General Counsel Laurie R. Ferber is General Counsel of MF Global Holdings Ltd. and is responsible for our legal and compliance functions, has operational and administrative responsibility for our internal audit function, and is also responsible for our regulatory relationships. Prior to joining MF Global in 2009, Ms. Ferber was general counsel and chief regulatory officer for International Derivatives Clearing Group (IDCG). She began her more than 20 year career at Goldman Sachs in 1987 as general counsel of J. Aron & Company and then as co-general counsel of the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Division. Beginning in 2000, Ms. Ferber held a number of business roles, including in new business development and launching and running the economic derivatives business, and also served as chief of staff for the Business Selection and Conflicts group. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ms. Ferber was general counsel of Drexel Burnham Lambert Trading Corp. and also traded energy products. She began her legal career in 1980 as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and then at Schulte, Roth & Zabel. Ms. Ferber earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law where she serves on the Board of Trustees. She currently serves as a director of the Futures Industry Association and on the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Financial Markets, and is a member of the Lincoln Center Business Council. |

J. Randy MacDonald Global Head of Retail Randy MacDonald is global head of retail for MF Global Holdings Ltd. He leads the company’s global retail business and is responsible for leveraging the firm’s broad geographic reach and substantial product offering to deliver value to retail clients around the world. Mr. MacDonald joined the company in April 2008, and served as chief financial officer for three years, overseeing the company’s financial operations, including treasury, accounting, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining MF Global, Mr. MacDonald held a number of positions at TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. from 2000 to 2007. Over the course of his seven-year tenure at the company, he served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, chief administrative officer and chief operating officer. He retired in April 2007. Prior to joining TD Ameritrade, Mr. MacDonald was chief financial officer of Investment Technology Group, Inc., a specialized agency brokerage and technology firm. From 1989 to1994, he was a vice president and group manager for Salomon Brothers. Earlier in his career, Mr. MacDonald was an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche focused on commercial banking, real estate joint ventures and financial services. Richard W. Moore Managing Director Europe Richard Moore is managing director of Europe for MF Global Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to the role in April 2011 and is responsible for developing the firm’s pan-European growth strategy, as well as overseeing business activities in the region. Mr. Moore has spent more than 25 years in the financial services industry. Beginning his career at Citigroup in 1986, he held various trading and management roles. In 1998, Mr. Moore became Citigroup’s European head of foreign exchange and went on to become global head of rates and currencies, before being appointed head of fixed income for Europe, Middle East and Africa in 2007. From 2009 to 2011 Mr. Moore served as a senior advisor for Storm Harbour, a financial services partnership focused on the fixed income markets. He has sat on several board and committee appointments, including as a non-executive director at Standard & Poor’s and a member of the Bank of England’s Fixed Income Liaison Committee and the London Foreign Exchange Joint Standing Committee. |

Henri J. Steenkamp Chief Financial Officer Henri Steenkamp is chief financial officer of MF Global Holdings Ltd. He oversees the company’s financial operations, including treasury, accounting and all global financial control and reporting functions. He is responsible for aligning MF Global’s finance and capital structures to support the firm’s strategy. Prior to assuming the role of chief financial officer in April 2011, Mr. Steenkamp held the position of chief accounting officer and global controller for four years. He joined the company, then Man Financial, in 2006 as vice president of External Reporting. With a specialization in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards and capital markets transactions, he played an instrumental role in preparing the company for its initial public offering in July 2007. Before joining MF Global, Mr. Steenkamp spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) including four years in its New York office in Transaction Services managing a variety of capital raising transactions on a global basis. He focused primarily on the SEC registration and filing process as well as technical accounting. He spent four years with PWC in South Africa, where he served as an auditor primarily for SEC registrants, and assisted South African companies as they went public in the U.S. Mr. Steenkamp is a chartered accountant and holds an honors degree in Finance. |

Michael G. Stockman Chief Risk Officer Michael Stockman is chief risk officer of MF Global Holdings Ltd. He joined the firm in January 2011. In his role, he oversees management of the firm’s global risk profile including market, credit and operational risk. He is a member of the firm’s management committee and reports to the firm’s chief operating officer. Mr. Stockman has more than 25 years of domestic and global experience in risk management, trading and capital markets. From 1995 to 2008, he held several senior positions at UBS Investment Bank including as chief risk officer for the Americas and as a managing director in the fixed income, currencies and commodities divisions. Prior to joining UBS, he held senior mortgage and asset-backed trading positions at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. He began his career in mortgage trading at Salomon Brothers. Prior to joining MF Global, Mr. Stockman helped build a risk management and capital markets advisory practice including a quantitative real estate solutions business—initially in a joint venture with State Street Global Markets—at financial services boutique CQ Solutions, LLC. Additionally, Mr. Stockman recently has been a visiting scholar at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he co-authored a paper on the credit crisis that included risk management insights and recommendations to avoid the next crisis. This work led to a role in helping to design and teach a course on credit crisis analysis and risk management. Mr. Stockman has a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. |
